Set Up Your eXp Cloud Tools
Confirm your current brokerage login and setup instructions with your onboarding team. Activate only the tools available to your account, and check costs, permissions, and required transaction procedures. Optional software is separate from training access.
Day 3
Explore Your Included Training
Social Agent Academy and AI Agent Accelerator are included from day one when you partner with James. There is no separate public signup link on this website. Explore what is included, and ask James for help if you cannot find your training access. Creating a website account alone does not establish a partnership or grant course access.
Day 4
Select Your 30-Day Focus Track
Choose whether you need a fresh foundation (Business Foundation), immediate client action (Fast Momentum), or organic attraction (Organic Lead Gen).
Day 5
Choose One Resource You Can Use Now
Browse the approved member Canva library, the free 20-template Canva starter pack, or the Agent AI Toolkit’s editable SVG designs and planning PDFs. Check the resource’s format, access, and instructions before planning around it. The four original smaller marketing packs remain concept previews, not ready-to-copy Canva packs. The free starter pack is also available to nonmembers; use your own Canva account, with optional paid features separate.
Day 6
Sync Your Mastermind Calendar
Check the current group announcements for hosts, times, time zones, and approved joining links. Add the sessions you plan to attend to your own calendar. Schedules and available recordings can change.
Day 7
Book Your 1-on-1 Kickoff with James
Bring your business goals and a few questions to a conversation with James. Choose an available time and complete Google’s booking form. The calendar shows the current duration and sends the appointment confirmation.
