No. Flagler Beach is James’s home base, not a residency requirement. He welcomes agents throughout Volusia and Flagler counties, across Florida, and beyond. Sponsored agents can receive included training and phone/remote support; local in-person connection and potential formal new-agent mentoring remain focused on Volusia and Flagler.

No. This page is for local agents at every experience level, including established producers and team leaders. Formal new-agent mentoring is a separate conversation for newly licensed local agents with fewer than three completed sales.
No. Agents from other brokerages are welcome to ask questions and explore whether the support and partnership fit their goals. The included partner training becomes available through the appropriate sponsorship and membership process.
